Can the interface color of Visio 2007 be changed from the default blue? I've searched everywhere and can't find how to do it or if it's even possible. Screenshot attached.
I'm currently running Windows 7 but I have seen this behavior on Vista and XP.

This isn't controlled by Visio but by the Windows desktop.
Start -> Control Panel -> Appearance and Personalization
