Someone asked about band-headers at both ends of their swimlanes in the microsoft newsgroups. I couldn't resist hacking the built-in Functional Band shapes and have a modified version here:

This given template works in Visio 2007 but cannot work with 2010. How could I make it work with Visio 2010?
