Conditional Data Graphic Display

I have an org chart in Visio where I'm using a data graphic (multi bar graph) to show FY10 and FY11 budgets.  However, not everyone in the org chart has budget responsibility and, therefore, does not need to display this data graphic.  Is there a way, using a shapesheet, to conditionally display a data graphic. To be specific, I only need to display the data graphic if the value is greater then 0.

Thanks for the fast reply Al.  Unfortunately, Chris Hopkins solution seems to only work for data graphics that are icon sets.  I would like to be able to do what he is doing with all data graphic types, such as, text and bar graphs.  I'll keep looking.
