Inscribing a Circle Tangent to two generic Lines

I need to solve this same problem.  Was glad to see tools from Junethesecond.  Downloaded them and can't get intersect2 to work.  When I move the end point of any line, the center marker does not move.  The extension lines from the center point will rotate, but the center stays stationary.  I've downloaded every verstion of the geometry tools I can find and have same problem wtih all versions.  All other shapes appear to work correctly.  Any ideas why this would be?  Really want to use this tool.

I am using shapesheet functions, many ARG()s and EVALCELL()s, in my shapes.
They are supported in Visio 2007 or newer versions.
If you are using Visio 2003 or older, I am very sorry that these shapes don't work normally.
