Need to Disable & Change Default Help Settings in Visio

Hi,
In My C# visio application, i have a separately compiled help file (.chm) that i need to integrate with my application. I'm trying to do this by using a help provider on my form. But every time i press F1, the default help of Office Offline pops up. I need to disable this first and then bind my .chm file to the F1/ Help event/control. How do i do this? please help me on it.
