I am new to Visio, but doing a number of Org structures. I am able to pull the Org from Excel and get it back from Visio into Excel.
Is Visio able to count the number of people - Total on a page? If - how?
Is Visio able to count the number of people in a Subordinate group?
When I drop down (Show Subordinates) a group - is there a setting that will automatically Re-Order? It is messy when you drop subordinates and they are all over the rest of the team.
