Converting a print in PDF to visio

I have a print in PDF (the print is an office layout) I need to get it into visio so I can add the voice and data locations along with the location numbers so I can give the customer an as built drawing when we are complete.  Can someone help me with this?

It might be easiest to convert the pdf to wmf or perhaps png.  Then, import the picture and place on a background page.  Do your Visio upgrades on normal drawing page that shows the background page.
