IMHO in visio you can't change comment window-size

Any example of a text shape that would fold/unfold or change its size back and forth for a shape ?

Can't you just use comments? Review tab I mean.

I would love to but when I paste text there is hard to read it ...the width is too small

good idea but the text gets truncated.... some times I have rather large notes (text only, though) that I need to attach, read and review later
