I have visio 2003 and had to have my hard drive replaced but had a backup, now when I try to work with my drawings the system wants me to install Visio.
I don't have a problem with re-installing it but keep getting a 1308 Error, f:\Visio Doc\Visio Professional\FILES\APPDATA\MS\OFFICE\DATA\OPA11.BAK
It also says to see c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\1033\SETUP.CHM  but I can't find this file.

Can anyone help,

Thanks,

No help here?

Can anyone provide some help? How bout you Visio Guy?? Where are you?

Did you actually re-install or just copy a disc image?
Try menu Tools -> Options -> Advanced
and tick "Put all settings in Windows registry"
Close and open the registry editor, have a look for these paths.

I wouldn't know where to start, what menu are you speaking of?
As I said above, I'm installing from a backup before my hard drive failed and I get the error listed.

Thanks for your help.
