Header / Footer for multiple pages

Does VISIO 2013 support multiple page headers?  I would like to create a title block where changes to the title block reflect on all document pages.

How would I accomplish this?

Add to your document a background page, place there your block.  Press keys Shift + F5. In PageSETUP Menu link each page with this background
