Visio 2013 - Hyperlinks with backslash no longer work in Firefox

Dear all,

I use Visio to create webpages (htm files) containing relative hyperlinks to files in different folders.

I have just upgraded to Visio 2013, and was not happy to find out that some of the hyperlinks that used to work, are no longer functional in Firefox. An example is given in the attached images.

The first screenshot says: the data under /X:/xxx/xxx/..\.../xxx.xlsm can not be found.

The \ corresponds to a backslash. '\'

However, when I tried to open the same htm file in IE, all the hyperlinks work just fine.

The second screenshot shows how the relative hyperlink is set up in Visio. You can see that Visio uses backslashes automatically, it doesn't matter whether I change them into forward slashes, Visio would force them into backslashes after I click ok.

Does anyone have any idea how this problem could be solved? Thanks very much in advance.
