Sharing templates over a network

At work, we have some great templates for engineering drawings. There will be occasional changes to the templates, plus we don't want people to have to install the templates themselves. Is there a way that Visio 2007 can access the 6 templates on a shared drive or something?

The easiest way is:
menu Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> File Paths
and add the path to the Templates path.
Separate any paths already there with a semicolon.
