Rotate Shapes w/o Snapping

Dumb question but I can't figure it out. In a floorplan, I have a square room that I'm trying to rotate by less than 45 degrees. I've turned off Snap and Set the "Snap Strength" to the Weakess of "1". It still snaps.  Errrrg.

Not that dumb at all. I couldn't get rid of the angular snap neither.
But, when draging the rotation handle, try to move the pointer further away from the shape and you'll notice that the snaping disappears.

If all else fails, you might try setting the angle manually using the Size & Position Window.

You guys are the BEST!  The dragging from far away worked!  I really appreciate it; I've been working around that problem for a year.  JUJU
