Text in shape grows to left side

HI
I managed to make my shape grow with the text im writing but it grows to both sides and gets biger as i type.
how can i make it grow just to the left side?

Set your pin position for the shape to the left-hand side, then your shape will grow to the right.

Clarification...

That would be the LocPinX cell in the shapesheet.  Set it to width*0 to place it on the left edge of shape.  Shape will grow from left to right.  Note, changing LPX cell will cause shape to shift (hmmm, for Deep Space Nine fans, that's the shapeshifter cell, perhaps it should be called the "Odo cell"   .), so, you will have to reposition the shape.
