Visio dlls

I want to use visio components using C#, but the issue is my clients are not having visio. So, how can we use visio automation using dlls to deploy without installing visio. Is it possible which may be in demand by various developers, companies?

visio does not have the equivalent of a runtime set of dll's, you get to purchase the product.
