How do I add TEXT to a second and third control handle?

I created shape data for a box to include, box name, location, connector #,

I was able to add the connector name to the first handle, but I am not sure how to add another text field to a second handle.  I would also like to be ale to change the text on the box and automatically update the shape data

Thanks!  I was able to accoplish this by added a text field to the group, and inserted field using custom expression option
