automate Visio 2010 Pivot Diagram

Hi
I created a PivotDiagram with visio 2010.  Source data is coming from a MS SQL Sever table. When I publish to HTML via Visio it looks nice.  However, I need to make the HTML diagram refreshes each time the source data is changed.  I did not see anyway of doing this in Visio.

Can some expert please get me some advice.
