Access Background Shapes

Is there any way to access ("click") buttons on the Background sheet from another sheet or they are untouchable except for on the Background page?

No, it cannot be accessed at all, even hyperlinks don't show!

Thanks Paul. I wanted to install a button that can be accessed from every page, but now I have added a custom ribbon tab instead
