Hi there,

Does anyone know if there is a way to hyperlink to a specific (named) sheet in a separate Visio file?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Sure just follow the standard hyperlink procedures.

1.)  Open hyperlink menu
      a.  Menubar > Insert > Hyperlinks
      b.  <cntl> K

2.)  Follow the menu entries
      a.  Address (local file) is the name the file, e.g., c:\MyShapes\MyVisio.vsd
      b.  Sub-address is the page name in the desired file -- you can also specify a
      specific shape on the page.
      c.  Enter a description if desired.
      d.  Hit OK.

Note, if you go to Menubar > Windows > Tile, you can open the 2nd file and view it side by side with your new file.  Executing the hyperlink will open the old file at the desired location.  You will have to either add another hyperlink to jump back, or close the file.
