tooltips

I have a visio drawing that i save as a .svg and upload to our server and it displays live data.  When i log onto our sever and view the svg, a tooltip thats shows the shapes name shows up when i hover my a shape.  Is there a way I can make it where this tool tip does not show up?  I looked around on google and this is all i could find but couldnt get it to work
