How can I export tagged values (shape documentation)?

Hello

I am trying to start using visio as my primary tool for documentation. However i have a problem accessing information in shapes. I have the same problem in activity diagrams, static diagrams and use case diagrams so far.

I right-click the shape (for instance an action state in my activity diagram) to add information in the Documentation box (also accessible by selecting "Tagged values"  and editing text for the tag "documentation"). But i cant find a way to export this information. At the moment any idea would help, printing, reports, exporting, accessing by a vba macro?

I've looked around the web quite a bit and many people seem to have the same problem but i haven't found a soloution to it yet, hopefully the solution is simple and I am just looking wrong.

Does anyone have any idea how to export this data?
